Recipe Ingredients for Cuban Fried Rice

1 cup Pineapple Chunks in 100% Juice
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 cup Brown Rice
4 serving Kirkland, Ham Steak Boneless
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
4 oz Pineapple Juice
15 oz Black Beans Drained and Rinsed

Recipe Directions for Cuban Fried Rice

Cook rice according to directions. Meanwhile, fry all remaining ingrediets in olive oil until tender and hot. Mix in rice.
