Recipe Ingredients for Cuban Black Beans and Rice

1 tbsp(14 g) Vegetable Oil, Canola
0.5 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
0.5 cup chopped Red Onion
1 clove(3 g) Garlic
15 oz Black Beans
2 cup Tomatoes Whole No Salt Added
8 oz Mesquite Wood Smoked Breast of Turkey - Skinless
2 cup Brown Rice

Recipe Directions for Cuban Black Beans and Rice

heat oil in skillet. Add pepper, onion, and garlic. stir until crips. stir in beans, tomatoes, and turkey. add oregano, ground pepper and bay leaf. simmer for 10 minutes. remove bay leave. Cook rice to instructions. Serve over 1/2 cup of rice.
