2.5 cup, chopped Onions
6 cloves, raw Garlic
3 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2.5 cup slices Carrots
1.5 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
2.5 serving Orange Juice from Concentrate with Calcium Juice
5 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
28 serving Black Beans

Recipe Directions for cuban black beans

  1. saute onions garlic and spices in oil

  2. add carrots and peppers and saute 5 min more

  3. add pepper juice tomatoes and simmer

  4. add black beans

  5. combine

  6. puree 2 or 3 cups at a time
