Recipe Ingredients for Cuban Black Beans

1 medium onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp olive oil
1 3/4 cups cooked Black Beans
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp red wine vinegar

Recipe Directions for Cuban Black Beans

Sautee onion, garlic and green pepper in 1 tsp olive oil until soft. Add beans with their juice. Add cumin, oregano and salt. Simmer for 30 minutes. Add vinegar right before serving.
