Recipe Ingredients for Cuban Black Beans

2 1tsp Olive Oil
1 small Onions
3 clove Garlic
2 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 small Peppers, Sweet, Red
1/4 cup Coriander Leaves
2 1/2 cup Beans, Black, Mature Seeds
1 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf
1 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1 serving Ground Cumin Spice
1 tablespoon Oregano
1 tsp Vinegar red wine
1 tsp Chili Powder

Recipe Directions for Cuban Black Beans

  1. Mince onion, garlic, red pepper, cilantro

  2. Add oil to pan, coo vegetables

  3. Add beans, bit of water, corn, bay leaf, cumin, oregano, red wine vinegar, salt and black pepper and bring to a boil

  4. Cook for 15 or so minutes
