The C is for Chocolate! :D But it could also be for Crazy, since I'm crazy for chocolate!

Recipe Ingredients for CTVP Cereal

17 g cocoa
25 g TVP
15 g oat bran
1 g salt
3 g vanilla, no alcohol
100 g Fat Free Zero Yogurt
4 g psyllium husks
7 1/2 g coconut oil
4 g splenda

Recipe Directions for CTVP Cereal

  1. Rehydrate your TVP with a liquid of choice.. I used water for convenience and because I was out of almond milk.

  2. Stir in cocoa powder, salt and vanilla extract and sweetener of choice.

  3. Mix in yogurt for a creamy texture (I used vanilla)

  4. Top with nuts, nut butters, frozen bananas or whatever you like!

  5. Regarding the splenda, you can replace with your preferred method of sweetening. Agave and stevia work well, not sure about maple syrup/honey.
