Modified from another recipe to add a bit of whole grain

Recipe Ingredients for Crusty Rolls/Bread

1 1/4 cup warm water
1 egg
1 1/2 teaspoon canola oil
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/4 cup bread flour
1 cup white whole wheat flour
2 teaspoons fast rising yeast

Recipe Directions for Crusty Rolls/Bread

  1. Reduce 1 1/4 cup water by the amount of the egg yolk

  2. place ingredients in bread pan

  3. choose dough cycle

  4. When finished, remove dough

  5. Form rolls or bread and place on silicone baking sheet

  6. Cover with a towel and let rise in a warm draft-free location for 30-40 minutes

  7. bake preheated 400 degree over 12-15 minutes
