Recipe Ingredients for Crustless Spinach and Red Pepper Pie - Gluten Free

16 ounces cottage cheese
10 ounces spinach (frozen, chopped), thawed and drained
1 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, finely shredded
4 eggs, lightly beaten
6 oz. roasted red peppers, chopped
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 dashes hot sauce

Recipe Directions for Crustless Spinach and Red Pepper Pie - Gluten Free

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix all ingredients until well blended. Pour into a greased 9 inch pie plate.

  3. Bake 45 minutes or until center is set.
