3/4 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
3 large Egg, Whole
4 oz Sharp Cheddar 2% Milk Reduced Fat
3 slice (6-1/4" x 4" x 1/16") Ham, Sliced, Extra Lean
2/3 cup Fresh Frozen Mixed Vegetables

Recipe Directions for Crustless Quiche

Grill frozen vegetables in non-stick pan. In bowl, blend eggs, flour and milk. Add ham and vegetables, stir. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
