made w/ egg beaters, & low fat cheese

Recipe Ingredients for Crustless Quiche

1/4 cup egg, subsitute, liquid
1 egg, whole, raw
5 ounces milk, canned, evaporated, w/Vitaman A
1/4 cup flour, white, enriched
1 tsp mustard, dry
4 oz. cheese, swiss, low-fat, shredded
40 grams tomato, raw, diced
1 1/2 oz spinach, frozen, chopped, no salt
1/4 cup spring onions, chopped
1/2 mushroom, raw, chopped

Recipe Directions for Crustless Quiche

  1. Mix egg subsitute, egg, milk, flour, mustard, and cheese with blender. Place rest of ingriedents in 9" well sprayed pie pan, pour liquids over.

  2. Bake 350 for 30-35 min

  3. Conv.oven 325 for 25 -30 min

  4. Until knife comes out clean
