A cheese quiche. Omit ham if desired or add veggies.

Recipe Ingredients for Crustless Quiche

5 eggs
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup margarine, melted
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 cup ham, diced

Recipe Directions for Crustless Quiche

  1. Combine all ingredients and pour into a well-greased 9x9 pan.

  2. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.

  3. Reduce to 350 degrees and cook for 30-40 more minutes.
