This recipe makes a massive batch enough for about 3 large pie plates. It freezes & reheats well.

Recipe Ingredients for Crustless Quiche

1 cup Broccoli, minced
1 cup Cauliflower, minced
1 cup Onion, minced
1 cup Spinach, chopped
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Mushrooms, peeled & sliced
1 cup Ham, diced
2 cloves Garlic
5 cups Milk, Skim
12 Eggs
2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Pepper

Recipe Directions for Crustless Quiche

  1. Scramble Eggs and Milk.

  2. Mix in pressed Garlic, Salt, and Pepper.

  3. Add: Broccoli, Cauliflower, Onion, Spinach, Ham and Mushrooms

  4. Mix in Shredded Cheese

  5. Pour evenly into baking dishes - mixture should be about an inch deep in the pans.
