Recipe Ingredients for Crustless Quiche

5 eggs
1 1/4 cups skim milk
1 1/2 cups cheddar (shredded)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup swiss chard
1/2 cup onion

Recipe Directions for Crustless Quiche

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375.

  2. Saute onion and 1 large bunch swiss chard (chopped) in the olive oil. Let cool.

  3. Mix eggs and milk in a bowl, set aside.

  4. Add cheddar to egg mixture. Salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Add chard to egg mixture.

  6. Mix well and pour into 9" Pyrex pie plate.

  7. Bake on a foil covered baking sheet for 40 minutes, or until firm.
