Tasty recipe thats great any time

Recipe Ingredients for crustless quiche

1 1/2 cups fat free ricotta cheese
1/2 cup egg beaters
1/3 cup egg whites
3/4 cups low fat cheddar
10 oz spinach
15 cherry tomatoes
1 small onion
2 tbsp. parmesan cheese
1/2 cup diced green pepper
1/2 tsp oregano,basil,garlic powder
1 dash of salt and pepper

Recipe Directions for crustless quiche

In a deep pie pan spray pam. Layer spinach,onion,pepper,tomatoes.Mix all the ingrediants except the parmesan.Pour over vegetables.Sprinkle parmesan on top.Bake at 325 for 40 min.
