Crustless Quiche Recipe

Makes 18 servings



The first 3 ingredients are key but after that, it can be any ingredients you want. Great way to use left overs!!! You can use Milk instead of the cream but it will not be as light and fluffy.

Recipe Ingredients for Crustless quiche

20 eggs
4 cups heavy whipping cream
4 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
2 lb ham, cubed
3 cups broccoli
1 cups onions, diced

Recipe Directions for Crustless quiche

  1. In a mixing bowl whip eggs and cream untilo frothy. (In order to scale this recipe, use 5 eggs to one cup cream and one cup cheese. Remainder of ingredients can be whatever you have handy)

  2. Spread cheese and remaining ingredients in bottom of cassarole pan. (no more than half way up the pan)

  3. Pour egg mixture into pan until just barely covering the ingredients already in the pan.

  4. Bake at 350 for 1.5 hours.
