Recipe Ingredients for Crustless Quiche

1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 cup, chopped Onions
10 oz Spinach
5 large Egg, Whole

Recipe Directions for Crustless Quiche

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Heat oil in large skillet and saute onion until soft. Stir in spinach and continue cooking until excess moisture has evaporated.

  2. In large bowl, combine eggs, grated 3 cups of grated low fat cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Pour into pie pan or individual muffin cups.

  3. Bake in preheated oven until eggs have set-approximately 30 minutes.

  4. Cool before serving.
