Recipe Ingredients for Crustless Quiche

12 strips bacon
1 cup Swiss Cheese
6 oz spinach
1/4 cup green onion
1/4 cup onion
2 tsp oil
6 eggs
1 cup half and half
1/4 cup flour

Recipe Directions for Crustless Quiche

  1. Cook bacon and chop up.

  2. Add oil to pan and cook onions over medium heat until almost soft. Add spinach and cook until wilted and excess water is gone.

  3. Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with nonstick spray. Evenly distribute in pan the spinach, bacon, cheese, and green onion.

  4. Mix eggs, half and half, and flour until thoroughly combined. Gently pour into pan.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Allow to sit for 10 minutes.
