4 eggs
1 cup 2% milk
1/2 cup diced ham
1/2 cup muenster cheese
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons mustard

Recipe Directions for crustless queiche

  1. preheat oven to 350

  2. whisk eggs and milk

  3. add mustard and pepper

  4. spray pan

  5. put hand and cheese on bottom

  6. top with egg mixture

  7. bake about an hour

  8. let sit 15 minutes before serving
