Alternative to full fat and calorie Pumpkin Pie

Recipe Ingredients for Crustless Pumpkin Pie

3 Eggs - Egg Beater Substitute
3/4 cup Splenda Granulated
12 oz 2% Evaporated Milk
4 tbl Whole Wheat Flour
15 oz Pure Pumpkin
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground clove
1/4 tsp ground mace
1/4 tsp ground cardamom

Recipe Directions for Crustless Pumpkin Pie

  1. Preheat oven 425 degrees

  2. Spray a 9" glass pyrex pie plate with non-stick spray

  3. Whisk eggs.

  4. Add all other ingredients except pumpkin.

  5. Whisk together well.

  6. Add pumpkin and whisk until mixed well.

  7. Pour into prepared pie plate.

  8. Bake at 425 for 10 minutes.

  9. Lower temp to 350 and bake an additional 40 - 50 minutes until a butter knive inserted in center comes out clean.
