Recipe Ingredients for Crustless Pumpkin Pie

15 oz pumpkin
12 oz fat free evaporated milk
3/4 cup eggbeaters
1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 c Splenda

Recipe Directions for Crustless Pumpkin Pie

  1. Mix all ingredients together

  2. pour into pie pan

  3. bake @ 400 for 15 minutes, then 350 for 45 minutes
