Pour filling into a greased pie tin without crust to make this a healthy and delicious dessert.

Recipe Ingredients for Crustless Pumpkin Pie

29 oz canned pumpkin
16 oz evaporated milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Crustless Pumpkin Pie

  1. Liberally coat a 9" pie tin with cooking spray.

  2. Mix together eggs and milk. Add remaining ingredients and beat for about 1 minute. Pour into prepared pie tin. Bake at 450 for 15 minutes, then turn heat down to 350 and cook an additional 30 - 45 minutes. Cool and refrigerate. Serve with fat-free whipped topping.
