Recipe Ingredients for Crustless Pumpkin Pie

15 ounces pumpkin puree
1/2 cup evaporated skim milk
3/4 cup skim milk
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves
1/8 tsp ginger
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tablespoon butter

Recipe Directions for Crustless Pumpkin Pie

  1. Combine all ingredients and add them to a well-sprayed crockpot.

  2. Cook on high for about two hours on high (three hours on low) and check every half hour after that.

  3. Pie is done when the top is dry to touch and cracked, just like a baked pumpkin pie.

  4. When using a large crockpot, keep a closer eye on dish as it may cook much faster.
