Recipe Ingredients for Crustless Pumpkin Pie

15 oz can pumpkin
12 oz can evaporated fat freemilk
1/2 cup fat-free liquid egg substitute (like Egg Beaters Original)
3/4 cup Splenda No Calorie Sweetener (granulated)
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Recipe Directions for Crustless Pumpkin Pie

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl

  2. Spray 8x8" pan with non-stick spray

  3. Pour batter into pan

  4. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes

  5. Will be slightly soft (like regular pie filling)

  6. Cut into 9 pieces and enjoy
