Baked in a water bath, this pie has a texture more like a custard than traditional pie.

Recipe Ingredients for Crustless Pumpkin Pie

1 1/4 cups sugar
3 T flour
3 eggs
2 cups pumpkin
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Crustless Pumpkin Pie

  1. In mixing bowl, combine the sugar and flour. Add eggs; mix well. Stir in the pumpkin, milk, vanilla and cinnamon. Mix until well blended. Pour into greased 9 inch pie plate.

  2. Place plate in a 15x10x1 inch baking pan; add 1/2 inch of hot water to pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
