Recipe Ingredients for Crustless Pumpkin Pie

15 oz pumpkin
12 oz evaporated skim milk
2 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
1 T pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp vanilla
2/3 cup Splenda

Recipe Directions for Crustless Pumpkin Pie

Combine all ingredients and beat until smooth. Pour into sprayed 9-inch pie plate. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, then bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife inserted into pie comes out clean.
