Very low carb, but nice amount of protien quiche with ham, mozzerella and broccoli

Recipe Ingredients for Crustless low-carb ham and broccoli quiche

1/2 lb chopped ham
1 c shredded cheddar
1 c shredded mozzarella
1/2 c heavy cream
1/2 c water
5 eggs
3/4 cup chopped broccoli
1 salt, pepper, dill, dry mustard to taste

Recipe Directions for Crustless low-carb ham and broccoli quiche

  1. Sprinkle cheeses in large quiche or pie pan, lightly sprayed with PAM.

  2. Put ham and WELL-DRAINED spinach over cheese.

  3. Beat remaining ingredients and pour over top.

  4. Bake in pre-heated 350 oven 30 min (or untill you deam the eggs are cooked and broccoli is tender)
