Recipe Ingredients for Crustless Crab & Swiss Quiche

1/2 cup egg beaters
1/2 cup 2% milk
1/2 cup light mayonaisse
1 teaspoon cornstarch
1/2 pound imitation crabmeat,flaked
1 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese

Recipe Directions for Crustless Crab & Swiss Quiche

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. In medium bowl, mix together eggs, milk, mayo, and cornstarch. Mix in imitation crab and swiss cheese.

  3. Pour into pie shell sprayed with non stick spray.

  4. Bake in oven 30 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
