Recipe Ingredients for "Crustless" Coconut Custard Pie

2 c milk
1 c sweetened flaked coconut
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 c all-purpose flour
6 tbsp margarine
3/4 c granulated sugar
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg

Recipe Directions for "Crustless" Coconut Custard Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Grease & flour 10" pie plate.

  2. Place all ingredients in blender, mix well.

  3. Pour into pie plate, sprinkle with ground nutmeg.

  4. Bake for 45 min.

  5. Serves 12.
