from Chocolate-Covered Katie. Would probably be better in a graham cracker crust, but that ups the calories to approximately 345 per slice. Also, use silken tofu if you want a more fluffy pie

Recipe Ingredients for Crustless Chocolate-Bar Pie

12 3/10 oz Firm Tofu
1 tsp cocoa powder
1 1/3 cups chocolate chips
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 T Vanilla
1/8 tsp salt
3 T Agave Nectar

Recipe Directions for Crustless Chocolate-Bar Pie

  1. Break up the chocolate bars, and melt (either on the stove or in the microwave).

  2. Throw everything into a food processor and blend until super-smooth. Pour into a pie crust if desired.

  3. Fridge until chilled. This gets firmer and firmer, the longer it sits. (It?s firmer if you use firm tofu and more like mousse pie if you use silken.)
