Recipe Ingredients for Crustless Cheddar Broccoli Quiche

1 1tsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
0.25 cup, chopped Onions
10 oz Broccoli
2 cup Egg Beaters
0.5 cup (not packed) Cottage Cheese, Lowfat, 1% Milkfat
2 oz Fat Free Cheddar
1 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Crustless Cheddar Broccoli Quiche

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Heat oil in small nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add onions, cook 5 minutes or until onions are tender, stirring occasionally. Add broccoli; mix well. Spoon into 9-in pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.

  2. Mix remaining ingredients until well blended; pour over broccoli layer.

  3. Bake 45-50 minutes or until center is set and top is golden brown.

  4. Number of Servings: 6
