Recipe Ingredients for Crustless Broccoli Quiche

4 large Egg, White
2 cup, chopped Broccoli
0.5 cup sliced Mushrooms, Brown, Italian, Or Crimini
1 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
4 1tsp Olive Oil
1 oz Mozzarella Fresh Cheese
1 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese
0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour

Recipe Directions for Crustless Broccoli Quiche

  1. Cook onion in oil. Add broccoli. Add mushrooms last. Pour into prepared pan.

  2. Beat together everything else but the flour. Whisk in flour. Pour over vegetables.

  3. Bake until set at 350 deg.
