Crustless Ham and Broccoli Cheddar quiche

Recipe Ingredients for Crustless Broccoli and Ham quiche

9 large eggs
2 cups whole milk
1 1/2 cup broccoli
1 cup diced ham
1 cup diced cheddar cheese

Recipe Directions for Crustless Broccoli and Ham quiche

  1. preheat oven to 350

  2. wisk milk and eggs together in a large bowl

  3. dice and drain all moisture from frozen broccoli and Ham

  4. Dice 1 cup chedar cheese

  5. add egg mixture to a 13x9 glass pan thats been sprayed with pam

  6. slowly add in the broccoli and ham to the agg mixture just dropping it in... do not mix it will settle as it cooks

  7. add the cheddar cheese in last... it will sink naturally so its ok to have it sticking out of the quiche

  8. bake at 350 for 45min check consistancy... the quiche should start to brown a little on top.. if not put back in the oven for 10 more minutes and check again.

  9. let set for 10 minutes to cool before serving
