Recipe Ingredients for Crustless Broccoli, Cheese, and Turkey Quiche

1 cup skim milk
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup chopped turkey
1 cup cheddar cheese, fat free
3 eggs
1 cup chopped broccoli
1 tablespoon chopped onion

Recipe Directions for Crustless Broccoli, Cheese, and Turkey Quiche

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. In a bowl combine the milk, eggs, mustard and pepper.

  3. Layer the turkey, cheese, broccoli and onion in a baking dish.

  4. Pour the egg mixture over the turkey mixture.

  5. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes, or until knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

  6. Cool for 5 minutes; cut into wedges.
