Recipe Ingredients for Crustless Breakfast Quiche

4 eggs
4 oz fresh spinach
1/4 large red onion
1 clove garlic
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp canola oil
1 tomato
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup colby cheese
1 cup turkey

Recipe Directions for Crustless Breakfast Quiche

  1. Sweat onion and garlic in OO.

  2. Add spinach and wilt.

  3. Meanwhile mix yogurt, eggs, tomato, turkey, and cheese.

  4. Add veggie mixture to egg mixture and stir.

  5. Poor into greased pie pan.

  6. Bake at 375 for 30-35 minutes.
