Breakfast quiche. Heavy in calories, but gets your day going. Good to microwave for a quick, breakfast that keeps you full.

Recipe Ingredients for Crustless Breakfast quiche

16 oz Sharp Cheddar
12 large Egg, Whole
8 oz Lean Ground Turkey
12 oz Heavy Whipping Cream
1 cup, chopped Broccoli

Recipe Directions for Crustless Breakfast quiche

  1. Cook the ground turkey. Season to taste

  2. Steam/boil broccoli.

  3. Mix 1 dozen eggs, 1 bag of shredded sharp cheddar cheese, and 1 1/2 cup of heavy cream in a large mixing bowl.

  4. Add turkey and broccoli and mix.

  5. Pout mixture into 2 9inch pie pans, sprayed with non stick spray.

  6. Cook at 350 degrees in oven until eggs are thoroughly cooked. 30-40 minutes.
