Recipe Ingredients for Crustless Asparagus Quiche

1/2 cup cheddar Cheese, shredded
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/4 cup evaporated milk, non fat
1 cup canned asparagus
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Crustless Asparagus Quiche

  1. Sprinkle chees over bottom of pie plate.

  2. Add asparagus.

  3. Add remainder of ingred. which have been combined.

  4. sprinkle with grated parmisan.

  5. Bake 50 - 60 mins at 350.
