Recipe Ingredients for Crustless Apple Pie

5 1/2 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per lb) Apples
3 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
3 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1 cup Sugars, Granulated
1/2 stick Butter
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1 dash Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Crustless Apple Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lay the sliced apples in pie pan - it should be about 2/3 to 3/4 full. Sprinkle the 1 T cinnamon and

  2. 1 T sugar on top. In a small mixing bowl, mix flour, sugar, butter, and salt. Pour onto center of apples. It should spread itself out. Help with a fork, if not spreading well enough to suit you. Bake for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
