Recipe Ingredients for Crusted Parmesan Zucchini

2 medium Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
2 tbsp Shedd's Spread Country Crock Regular Soft
8 tbsp Parmesan, Shredded Cheese

Recipe Directions for Crusted Parmesan Zucchini

Slice zucchini into fry sized pieces. Place in shallow pan. Melt margarine and brush onto pieces. Sprinkle on cheese. Bake at 400 until done, finishing with a few minutes of broiling to brown the cheese.
