Recipe Ingredients for Crusted Broccoli

3 oz broccoli
1 tsp bread crumbs
1/8 tsp parmesan
1/2 tsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Crusted Broccoli

  1. cut broccoli in to bite size pieces

  2. heat skillet

  3. add broccoli with a little water and cover

  4. steam until bright green

  5. drain any excess water

  6. drizzle olive oil

  7. sprinkle bread crumbs [italian seasoned]

  8. let crust on one side

  9. add salt and pepper

  10. turn and crust lightly on other side

  11. sprinkle with parmesan cheese

  12. serve after cheese slightly browns
