Recipe Ingredients for Crunchy Tilapia Fillets

2 lbs Tilapia
3 eggs
1 1/2 cup crackers, crushed
2 tbsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Crunchy Tilapia Fillets

  1. Crush crackers (I use ritz) leave in bowl. Add pepper to taste.

  2. Whisk 3 eggs in seperate bowl.

  3. Dunk fillets in eggs then in crackes.. make sure to coat.

  4. Throw on grill and cook until done. (About 3-5 minutes.)

  5. Eat and Enjoy!
