The only way hubby likes his kohlrabi.

Recipe Ingredients for Crunchy Sliced Vegetable Medley

2 T olive oil
1 large onion
1 1/2 cup turnip
3 carrot
1 1/2 cup kohlrabi
2 stalk celery
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce

Recipe Directions for Crunchy Sliced Vegetable Medley

  1. Cut veggies into bite sized pieces, keeping seperate.

  2. Heat oil in deep pan and add onions. Saute until clear.

  3. Add other vegetables in order given, letting each a saute for a minute or two between new additions.

  4. Add chili sauce last and heat until vegetable are done to your liking.

  5. Serve hot.
