Recipe Ingredients for Crunchy Romaine Toss

8 cups Romaine lettuce
12 cups green leaf lettuce
2 cups chopped broccoli
1 cup dried cranberries
2 cups sliced strawberries
1 cup pecans
3 ounces ramen noodles
4 tbsp. margarine
1 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Crunchy Romaine Toss

  1. toast the pecans and noodles in the margarine

  2. mix all the vegetables

  3. Dressing

  4. add .5 cup splenda or 1 cup of sugar and a little black pepper
