Recipe Ingredients for Crunchy Roasted Chickpeas

1/2 cup Garbanzo Beans
1 T olive oil
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Crunchy Roasted Chickpeas

  1. Preheat oven to 350.

  2. Rinse & drain garbanzo beans.

  3. Spread out garbanzo beans on a paper towel to dry for 15 minutes.

  4. Mix olive oil and spices in a ziplock bag or bowl.

  5. Add garbanzo beans to oil & spice mixture and coat thoroughly.

  6. Spread out garbanzo beans on a cookie sheet & bake for 30 minutes or until golden & crispy, stirring periodically.

  7. 1 can yields 1 cup.
