Recipe Ingredients for Crunchy pepper stir-fry over brown rice

0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
0.25 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
0.25 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
2 oz Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
0.25 medium Orange Hothouse Bell Pepper
4 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
0.25 oz Ginger
2 cup Rice, Brown, Medium-grain, Cooked
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
3 tsp Vegetable Base

Recipe Directions for Crunchy pepper stir-fry over brown rice

Heat pan with 1 tbs. oil. Add onion and celery, cook for a couple of minutes. Then add peppers and sesame seeds and cook for a couple more minutes. meanwhile, stir together the soy sauce, vegetable base and ginger, then pour over hot veggies. Do not over cook. Veggies should be crisp yet slightly wilted and slightly brown at the edges. Cook a minute or two then spoon over bed of brown rice.
