3 cups oats
1 cup wheat bran
2 cups peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
1 egg
2 egg whites
1/3 cup water
3 tbsp flax seeds

Recipe Directions for Crunchy Peanut Butter Granola Bars

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

  2. Spread flat on cookie sheet and cut into bars.

  3. Bake at 200F until hard, about 30 to 45 min.
