Recipe Ingredients for Crunchy Parmesan No-Fry Chicken

24 ounce chicken breasts, skinless boneless
1/4 cups breadcrumbs
1/2 tbsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tbsp Parmesan
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
1/4 cups chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Crunchy Parmesan No-Fry Chicken

  1. MIX breadcrumbs, garlic powder, black pepper, parsley and parmesan.

  2. DIP chicken into broth. Coat with breadcrumb mixture. Place chicken on baking sheet.

  3. BAKE at 400F. for 20 min. or until done.
