3 cups rolled oats
1 cup unsalted almonds
1/2 cup walnuts, english
1 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup unsalted sunflower seeds
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

mix dry ingredience, then stir in vanilla and maple syrup. Bake 350 for 20 minutes on parchment paper in a cookie sheet. Then turn granola over, and bake for another 20 minutes
