Recipe Ingredients for Crunchy Granola (slow cooker recipe)

4 cups rolled oats
2/3 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for Crunchy Granola (slow cooker recipe)

Combine all ingredients except the raisins in the slow cooker. Heat on low with lid slightly ajar for about 4 hours. Stir occasionally. Let cool and add raisins. Store in a tightly covered container. Use within 1-2 weeks.
