Recipe Ingredients for crunchy granola

3 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
2 tbsp(12 g) Flax Seeds
2 serving raw goodness chia seeds
0.2 cup, slivered Almonds
0.25 cup Raisin Bran
30 grams Orange Juice Calcium Vitamin D
4 oz Light Corn Syrup
2 serving Molasses
1 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
0.25 cup Oil, Vegetable Corn, Salad Or Cooking
0.25 cup Craisins, Sweetened Dried Cranberries

Recipe Directions for crunchy granola

  1. Mix grains, nuts and bran flakes (leave cranberries out) in a large bowl;

  2. Mix liquid ingredients in a cup;

  3. Pour liquid ingredients into grains and mix with a spatula or chopstick until fully coated;

  4. Lay the mixture evenly flat on a cookie sheet and bake in a pre-heated oven at 350F;

  5. Check in about 5-7 minutes to mix it on the sheet, continue cooking checking and mixing every couple of minutes until granola is slightly golden and kernels starting to crisp up;

  6. Take out and instantly mix in 1/4 c cranberries and a mixutre of desired spices (I use cinnamon-cardamom-nutmeg);

  7. Let cool and then store in a large ziplock;

  8. Makes 12 1/3 cup servings, delish, but beware!
