Recipe Ingredients for Crunchy Dijon Tilapia

12 oz Tilapia Fresh Seafood
3 tsp Classic Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp Mayo Light Mayonnaise Salad Dressing

Recipe Directions for Crunchy Dijon Tilapia

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F. Place the filets on a baking sheet.

  2. Stir together the mustard and light mayonnaise in a small bowl. Brush the mixture on the filets. Sprinkle with the panko.

  3. Bake for about 10 min, or until the fillets are firm to the touch. Turn on the broiler and broil the fish about 8" from the heat source until the panko is browned, about 3 min.
